01 Bio
In gambling technology since 2004.
Started as a developer at Microgame in 2004 and later held CTO responsibility. I was CTO at Mobilmat by 2012.
From 2015 to 2023 I was Group IT Director at StanleyBet. I have worked through three regulatory transitions.
Since 2024 I have held a CTO role at a regulator-facing technology company. I led ISO 27001 certification of a new unit and hold a UKGC Personal Management Licence.
I am Director of PiCh Ltd. I am also a board member, shareholder, and Fractional Chief Technical Advisor at Algorem Analytics.
PhD in Computer Science (Università del Sannio). MSc in Business Administration (Tor Vergata). English and Italian fluent; Spanish basic. I live and work across the UK, Italy, and the UAE and am comfortable with contracts and tax regimes in those jurisdictions.

For gambling-operator work, eligibility is assessed for the specific contracting or operating entity and engagement. The entity must not be actively operating in Austria. No situations where my two hats touch.
